Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery through personalized assessments and evidence-based treatments. We combine manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education to restore mobility and prevent future injuries. Clients receive tailored plans focusing on functional movement and long-term wellness.
Sports Injury Treatment
Specialized care for sports-related injuries like muscle strains, ligament sprains, and tendonitis. We use biomechanical assessments and targeted exercises to accelerate recovery while enhancing athletic performance. Treatment includes movement retraining and strategies to reduce re-injury risks for active individuals.
Intramuscular Stimulation
Intramuscular stimulation involves inserting fine needles into trigger points to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and reduce pain. This technique targets knots in muscles associated with conditions like headaches, bursitis, and chronic pain, promoting faster healing and improved mobility.
Facial Rehabilitation
Specialized physiotherapy for facial nerve disorders, including Bell's palsy. Our therapists use neuromuscular retraining to restore facial symmetry and function, combining manual techniques with personalized exercises to improve muscle control and reduce long-term complications.
Reflexology
Reflexology applies pressure to foot reflex points corresponding to body systems, promoting relaxation and pain relief. This non-invasive therapy helps manage stress, insomnia, and musculoskeletal pain while supporting overall well-being through natural healing mechanisms.

Alan has been my physiotherapist for a couple of months and Ive noticed a huge difference from the previous physiotherapists that Ive went to. Hes very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, uplifting, positive, and accommodating. He listened to all of my concerns and finds all the possibilities to help me recover. He is very encouraging and always has a positive outlook on his patients recovery. Unlike the other physiotherapists that Ive been to, I can feel that Alan truly loves what hes doing and genuinely wants the best for his patients! Highly recommend him!

Alan is an excellent physiotherapist whom I would highly recommend. To put my opinion in perspective, I am in my late 60's with a hypermobility condition that causes widespread muscle spasms and pain. I have worked with many physiotherapists over the decades with little to no success in addressing my problems. Alan, however, has listened carefully and I am finally making positive progress with pain reduction and mobility improvement. Try him, he's awesome!

My mum had a very invasive shoulder surgery to repair her bone. She's been seeing Peter Ho since her recovery to regain movement in her shoulder. He goes out of his way to ensure she understands the exercises to the point of recording them on her phone for her to take home and do with my dad's assistance. The treatment has been working very well and though this will be a long recovery, my mum seems to be regaining normal movements in her shoulder again. Peter Ho is a great physiotherapist and I would recommend him to anyone.

I went in for an initial assessment with Aaron and it was a great experience! He was very knowledgeable, showed me exercises in detail, recommended specific products to help me with my pain and showed genuine care for the pain I was experiencing. The receptionist was also friendly. I definitely recommend!

I was enrolled in the GLA:D Hip/Knee Osteoarthritis Group Exercise Program at The Bayview Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Clinic. The program involved several weeks of twice weekly visits to the clinic for instruction & physical exercise lead by Aaron Cheung PT. MscPT. He was at all times helpful & understanding and yet challenged our small group to push through to achieve more freedom of movement & reduced pain in our affected joints. He was great to work with and his volunteer assistants Bob & "Q" were also helpful, fun & friendly. It was a great experience and I feel many people would benefit
