I called on a Monday morning with a request to do a last minute Tailwheel course that was required for a summer contract. In the five minutes I was on the phone with the dispatcher Jessica she was able to arrange for maintenance to get their Super Decathlon back online ahead of schedule, arrange instruction for the whole week, and get aircraft… documents to me for review. When I showed up Tuesday morning to start flying, Les was ready to go and provided exceptionally thorough training that was tailored to the type of flying I would be doing.
