Acme came to replace my door lock. I called them around 10:00 am Friday morning, and even though they were short staffed, they said I could expect one of their techs between 1-2pm. Promptly at 1:00, Justin showed up to do the job, and changed the lock quickly and professionally. He was polite and a good listener about my complaints about bad roommates. They gave me a discount because I live close to their store so didn't have to travel far. I put the bill on my credit card, but due to a processing issue it didn't go through. They called me to let me know very politely, and I immediately

Acme came on time to replace our mailbox lock after the key got stuck. They'd quoted $70-80, which seemed reasonable, and the total came in at $75, so right on budget. The guy was nice and polite too. Hopefully we won't have any more issues requiring a locksmith in the near future but if we do I'd definitely call them again!

Awesome people to deal with. Came quickly after hours to let us into family condo that my 3 year old locked us out of. Didn't gouge me, and offered flexible payment arrangement. Very happy with their service.
