Effective and efficient. Had good experience with Colin, I recommend booking with him. Clean and safe during the pandemic. Also does direct billing which I appreciate.

The first time I used their computer related pain treatment it was amazing I recommended them to all my colleagues, however, when I go back there again for the second time whit a different practitioner I had an awful experience. she just waisted my 30 minutes time to teach me how to breath and how to move my hand. I paid for massage not for yoga instructor. I told her I felt nothing different it was just waste of time and money!

Stephen is an excellent PT. He takes his time to learn what your issues are and has a multitude of treatment options to fix whatever ails you. Today I went in with a sore muscle in my low back and hamstring/sciatica pain. After IMS and shock wave therapy I feel so much better! Highly recommend!
