I had a great experience here. They were so helpful and quick with repairing my laptop. They took the time to explain what had happened to my computer illiterate self and their prices were very reasonable too

I pulled a key off my laptop keyboard and couldn't get it back on. I called a couple places and they all told me that I would have to replace the entire keyboard for hundreds of dollars. I took my computer to London Itech and the expert staff there worked on it for about 20 minutes and was able to switch the keys around and fix it completely even though one of the plastic brackets had suffered some damage. Further to that he did not charge me anything for his time! I was so very grateful. You can tell the staff care about the business and are very skilled.
