I went there with hopes they would provide a quality product and quality service for which i did not receive either. I originally was recommended Oticon but after many issues they suggested Phonak for which I changed my hearing aids to them with bluetooth built in. First problem was if phone was in back pocket it created "body sheilding" and… people on other end could not understand me which defeats the purpose of this function. So don't waste your money on this feature as you will be very disappointed. Second more serious problem, as much as I complained about the quality of hearing with
