Brought in my measurements for our new build home and was told my quote would be delivered by e-mail as she was the receptionist and staff were busy. Over one week later no e-mails or phone calls !! We're new in Collingwood and want to support local businesses, but this is very unprofessional! My new neighbour had recommended Salnek's, go figure.
Fortunately we have BIG Box stores here with excellent service, and have now placed an order there.
