The staff at Bert’s were wonderful to work with! When I asked about brand selection they were able to tell me why they choose to stock the brands they do, so I ended up buying the new model of the same brand of washer and dryer I already owned; because I felt confident that it was still a good product. When they came to install the new set (the next day!) they arrived an hour earlier than promised because they remembered me saying I was heading to the lake 💕 they were professional and good at their jobs, took my old set away and perfectly installed the new set. I went in to purchase a range oven, cash in the pocket. Price was not a problem. It was a need not a want. I did find the range I wanted. We believe in supporting local businesses. But the Customer service..... usually means greeting a customer and acknowledge they are there. Even if you are busy with another customer that you are clearly not helpful in dealing with their needs. Very dissatisfied with this local business. Down the road to Westlock to purchase a range.

The best place to shop for new appliances....prices are the same as the city! Brittany is absolutely amazing...very knowledgeable. Bonus: they have their own service department!

My grandmother called for a belt for her dryer. She lives over an hour away, and is elderly so we asked if they could put it outside so a friend coming through barrhead can grab it after hours. They forgot, despite grandma talking to her 4 times that day. So their solution was to take the belt to bingo with and give it to a some random person who lives in our town. Pretty unprofessional and incompetent. I've got money bet that it's not even the right belt.
