Called to see if I could make a appointment for my cat. They weren't able to quote a price for a standard x-ray which all the other offices I called were able to tell me. I asked when the earliest they would be able to see him and they said they couldn't tell me unless I sent his paperwork over from the other vet and then they would call me to book an appointment. Not sure what kind of vet office is unable to answer BASIC questions about appointment times and fees.

Very nice reception....Truly in my opinion, the doctor could use some people skills ..Did say a word while I commented on my Cats condition....was about to leave when I had to ask his diagnoses....about my Cat...he then told me....

Dr Patel is very caring about the animals, and not overcharging like other vets. I am not sure why there are negative comments about the service. I find the staff friendly and responsive.
