Dr. Rami Ghazzaoui graduated from the University of British Columbia, with a bachelor of Science degree (honors) in Biology. Dr. Ghazzaoui attended the esteemed Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA, receiving a doctorate of Chiropractic degree (honors) in 2001. Dr. Ghazzaoui is also the director of the Hastings Chiropractic And Massage Centre and practices out of that location 2 days a week.

Three times a week of gentle, low impact exercise is the best prescription for a healthier, strong body. Walking, swimming, yoga, stationary bike are all excellent forms of exercise for the pregnant woman.
