I had been coming here for close to 7 years (as of 2020) but was disappointed by the customer service the last time I visited. The rules for Covid were new-ish (this happened around a year ago) and I wasnt told when I entered that I had to surrender my purse at the front door, so I was wearing my small cross-body bag still when I sat down for my pedicure. From across the salon the owner loudly spoke to another client saying that see people come in with their bags which may have been on the ground or might be dirty scoffed, and POINTED at me.
