We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). If you have any questions about our payment options please contact the clinic for more information. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We encourage our clients to look into pet insurance. This is a great way to keep your pet safe.
No Show/Cancellation Policy

At Britannia Kingsland Veterinary Clinic our goal is to provide medical care in a timely manner. When no-shows, late arrivals or cancellations occur it affects other patients who need access to veterinary care. In order to be respectful of the medical needs of all of our patients, we require 24-hour notice of your need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
