Terrible company to deal with. Ordered some apparel for my company in there store, after a month of not having any updates I phoned to check on the status of my order and they didn't even have any record of anything we talked about. They told me they would get everything figured out and ordered for me. After another month of very vague updates my order finally arrived in which majority of my order was done wrong and poor quality.

I suppose the one star I am forced to give could be given to the fact that they replied to my initial email fairly promptly. Apart from that, working with this place was something of a disaster! We wanted jackets embroidered with our logo and website - we discussed at length (face to face) the position, thread etc etc. We watched as everything was written on an order form. Then we went through the sample of hats/caps they had in store, and again, decided on the make and style, the position and thread for logo and text. We watched as everything was written down on an order form. We made a request
