Basinview Animal Hospital began in 1997 in Bedford, NS. Since then we have been steadily growing, thanks to our fantastic clients! We have four fabulously talented Veterinarians, Dr. Yvonne Giles, Dr. Amanda Schrage, Dr. Adrienne Johnston and Dr. Aimee Patterson, as well as our wonderful technical and reception team.

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service. Two of our veterinarians practice exotic medicine, and we offer a variety of services for your little ones including vaccinations, wellness exams, bloodwork and fecal testing.

Yvonne founded Basinview Animal Hospital in 1997. She grew up on the South Shore of Nova Scotia but she and her husband, Philip, now call Fall RIver home. She earned her BSc at Acadia University then graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 1992. Special interests include surgery, dentistry and geriatric medicine, especially pain management of the senior pet.
