As a new golden retriever owner I was very careful in choosing my vet. I used to go to Basinview a long time ago and the service is still amazing. I have nothing but praise for for the care my new pup (Gemma) has been getting. She has been here twice in the last two weeks and she absolutely loves everyone she's met here. On the first visit they just fit me in to ensure my little Gemma got her flea and tick meds asap. Miranda and Chad at this time couldn't have been any better to her and me for that matter. On the second visit Dr. Patterson and her assistant, (Renee?) were very helpful in explaining

I noticed that my little kitten has worm coming from her. I contacted the clinic. they respond quickly with my concern and arranged time in same day so let me get in exactly after 30 min in between thier clients which mean great help . They are really professional and friendly. Stephanie and Dr. Yvonne so kind with great knowledge! They take care very well of my kitten and explain to me situation! Price is really good as well camper to other clinic seriously i can say they are the best ! So satisfied with my experience! Big thank you!!

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Yvonne, her Tech Stephanie and all the staff at Basinview. We've been going to this clinic for years with all our pets. They've always been treated with patience and love. Two weeks ago we took one of our dogs to them thinking she had a virus of some sort. It ended up being way more serious than this and… we had to make the decision to say goodbye.
The staff was amazing, caring, helping and so compassionate. We picked up our fur babe's remains yesterday, they had a paw print and a sympathy card signed by all of them. We cannot thank you enough for

Dr. Aimee was fantastic with my bunny, Bonkers. She isn’t our regular vet, but they jumped to the rescue when we needed to be seen sooner than a later date. She treated him with such respect and was a great… support to me with his current health issues. She took the time to explain things as clearly as possible to ease my stress, and my bun really seemed to like her. Very sweet techs working alongside her as well. Thank you Basinview, this was a very positive experience for us. ❤️
