Highly recommend both the facility, professional staff and more importantly, Dr. Kritzinger. My experience is somewhat unique in that I was seeking help in combating Rhinophyma. A condition that effects elderly men in the nose and face regions. (Dr.) Philip over a few visits, did an amazing job at treating the unsightly skin with laser treatment while at the same time, sculpting the surface region, resulting in a drastic improvement in appearance. Should have had it done years ago!

Dr. Kritzinger is a very trustworthy doctor. He was friendly and caring and has an amazing bedside manner. He took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I didnt have a good experience with a different doctor who did a similar procedure on me. Dr. Kritzinger was aware of this and took extra time and such careful care with me. He is patient and performed my procedure in a professional way. So glad I chose him. Thank you to Bonnie as well who was so friendly and helpful.

Was very nervous to get laser vein treatment on my undereye.... but it was SO worth it! All of the staff ensured I was comfortable and the receptionist Bonnie always got back to me ASAP with any questions/concerns I had. Would highly recommend to all family and friends!

Wonderfully cared for by Dr K and his friendly professional staff. While I had my procedure at the vein clinic, my spouse had a wonderful spa treatment upstairs! We will definitely do this again for phase 2 of my leg treatment!

This was my first time at the new location. The spa was absolutely beautiful a true 5 star spa. As always the staff were friendly and welcoming making you feel very comfortable no matter what your procedure may be. Dr Kritzinger is a great practitioner, I have had several procedures in the past for mole removal and would never consider going anywhere else. He always delivers results that exceed my hopes. I would highly recommend York Laser and MedSpa.
