WARNING. This clinic only cares for the four-legged family members of people who have the wealth and privilege of owning a vehicle. I am not one of these people, and despite the fact that I was reassured by the clinic staff IN ADVANCE that I would be able to accompany my Annie in for her appointment, I was not granted such luxury. I had to carry my dog to the clinic because it was too cold for her to walk, only to be told at the door that I could not come in - despite the negative 15 degree weather - and had it suggested to me that I walk home. I have jumped through this clinics Covid

Staff are super friendly, always have good experiences here. I have taken 1 cat and 2 dogs over the years and our needs are always met above and beyond. The team have helped me through the sudden death of my cat and the ongoing care of my dog (and a friend's dog that I cared for for 6 months.) I always feel that me and my pet's needs are listened to and taken seriously, I receive excellent education at each visit and resources for further learning, and my pets are cared for warmly and professionally. My dog is always excited to go to the vet because he gets to see his friends and have treats! Thank
