I had a few kitchen installers come over to give a quote, and Afshin stood out from that very moment. While everyone else rushed to produce a pretty picture of the kitchen having just taken a few measurements, Afshin spent time investigating where everything was, how far the pipes would have to go, plumbing connections, what difficulties he might face. As a result, he knew what he was doing, he did not exceed his quote, or the promised duration of the project. Besides being extremely professional, Afshin never did any sales speeches, was clear and honest and exceeded our expectations. We couldn

New Trend Home offers excellent workmanship for a great price. Afshin and his crew really want your satisfaction because they take pride in their work - just like in the ads you thought too good to be true. Well, here's a living example that advertising does not have to lie. The company is based on hard work, in-depth professionalism, attention to detail, and - ultimately - making you happy. You are in control along the way: if you want to change it in midstream, they will oblige. I can't think of a more positive experience with a contractor, and I will most definitely hire New Trend Home for other

Even though my project was a relatively small one, Afshin treated it like it was a million $ renovation. I knew from the start he was honest and straight-up, he told me exactly what would work and what wouldn't work as well. That was important to me: hiring someone I could trust. And also, someone who cared for the smallest detail being right. The project turned out beautifully, was done quickly and stayed right on budget. I will definitely continue to work with Afshin on future projects. Great work!

I hired New Trend Home Improvement to renovate my 3 bathrooms and foyer area (2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 powder room and foyer). I'm very pleased with the work Afshin and his team done for my bathrooms and on time, less than 3 weeks. Each bathroom was gutted to just floor and wall, and then installs everything new. I'm also very impressed with the advice and the care that Afshin put in and he always updates me the progress on a weekly bases. During the renovation weeks, there were some minor issues with the layout but with Afshin's advice and professionalism, he came up with a better solution

Basement Renovation with Bathroom
We hired New Trend Home Improvement to finish the basement of our new home in Aurora. They were reliable, competitive and professional. Mr. Afshin has a keen eye with so much attention to detail. He and his team worked efficiently and stayed on schedule and budget without sacrificing the quality. One of the biggest advantages was their flexibility in accommodating changes / additions during the project. We were very pleased with the end result and it is our pleasure to recommend Mr. Afshin for any project.
