I have been visiting Cabana Tan regularly for over 3 years now and have always had an amazing experience there. All of the ladies who work at the front desk are always friendly and professional, and as well they are knowledgeable about their products and services. Cabana Tan has the ONLY High Pressure tanning bed in Victoria which I started using based on a recommendation by a staff member. She really went to in detail explaining to me the science behind how it works and the benefits it has over regular tanning beds. Most of the staff know my name and remember which bed I like and for how

Cabana Tan is always a pleasure to visit, not only for the self-care aspect that I enjoy from their tanning beds but the friendliest warm welcome and professionalism I receive walking through their doors. They are always on time and so accommodating. Shoutout to Kiana, a lead receptionist, always greeting me with a smile and providing the utmost customer service. Thank you for making my days brighter Cabana Tan!

Well.......went quickly on lunch break.....the poor young girl at front desk was on her first day....or second....didnt know how to process payment.....??? Did not know much about anything.....to be honest......never got to tan since it took a while to get straight answer.
Obviously, someone should have train her.....you would think! Used to be nice and easy staff...... Lost time......not sure if I will bother to go back !

Some staff have been pleasant to interact with. Walked me thru the basic controls for the
High Pressure Bed as it's a bit different than the others. Very patient. I wasn't rushed (last tan for the night) Clean environment. As well as clean beds.
* There is a young lady who works there, I'll just say that she WAS NOT pleasant to deal with...I'll just leave it at that! *

The gals here are very kind and friendly. I recommend the monthly packages. Theyre a great value and allow for your skin to tan slowly and properly. Book ahead!
