We are a team of professionals that are passionate about getting back to living and loving your life. My name is Crystal Brown and i have been a registered massage therapist since 2006. Since school i have also studied Thai Yoga, Hot Stone/ Cold Stone and Indian head massage treatments. I am a mom of one so far and I love to run 5km races, so to help keep me and my clients in great condition.
Having said that, I have studied in depth sports injury therapies as well as athletic massage techniques. John earned his Honours in Kinesiology degree from Brock University in 2015. He then went on to complete a Graduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College in 2017.
