We will meet with you on your site to discuss your needs and how you foresee the development of your property. Often times homeowners would like certain elements to remain undisturbed, ex: certain trees, pathways, landmarks, etc. We will work with you to accommodate these important requests. The purpose of a design is to create a blueprint for your septic system. Grayline will align you with a certified and experienced septic design consultant. The designer will complete a design based on information about your home including the number of bedrooms, square footage, the lot layout, as well as complete a soil analysis to determine the soil structure and content.

All infrastructure requires regular maintenance and if left too long without it, expensive upgrades or total replacement is often required. Your septic tank should be pumped out every 2 years, possibly annually depending on usage and the size of your septic tank.
