We had dealt with Seb Polatian for 3 years, including 1 condo purchase and five condomium rentals. We had no complaints but praise for the way he and the Big City Realty office staff conducted the transaction. We just listed our properties and 'FORGOT ABOUT IT", as all work was done for us.
