Recreational Gymnastics

Day Camps

Questions
What age groups do your programs serve?
We offer programs for children as young as 1 year old through adult classes. Competitive programs start at age 5 with specialized preschool and school-age recreational options.
Are your coaches certified?
All coaches hold NCCP certification and follow Gymnastics Ontario guidelines. Many have competitive backgrounds and specialized training in adapted gymnastics.
Do you offer birthday party packages?

My daughter has been attending classes with Extreme North since she could walk. This is her first year in competitive and she has found a profound determination for the sport which has been such a beautiful thing to watch grow. The staff are so accommodating, patient and thoughtful. Gymnastics isn’t for everyone, but I’d your child shows any interest, this is the gym to spark their passion.

So stupid that I was told my daughter would be able to go for the fall and mini session, now I find out literally a month before that is no longer an option since they closed their Chelmsford location. Now I need to find a new place to put her in and she was loving it there as it was literally down the street from her house. Next time I wouldn't advise ppl to "oh yea sign up for Sept"
