The Self Centre Massage & Wellness Centre in Edmonton was founded in 2004 by Lara Clement, a Registered Massage Therapist & holistic practitioner. Lara worked in a couple spas and massage therapy clinics and while she loved the work she did, she wanted to create something different - a different atmosphere and better calibre of service.

For the convenience of our Edmonton massage therapy clients, we are happy to provide direct billing for massage therapy to many insurance companies. Provide a credit card or Visa/MC debit as a back up payment method in case of any issues (Blue Cross excepted). Ensure their plan allows direct billing for these services, and that the clinic can be paid directly.
