Laura was a lovely person who was friendly and knowledgeable. She thoroughly assessed my situation before beginning the massage, and she provided follow up exercises for me. I appreciated that there was a requirement to wear masks and the whole building felt Covid safe. The music and ambience were relaxing and Laura checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable.
