The team here is great! The moment you walk in to the time you finalize your dream home, they will take care of you at every step! The quality of their homes is impeccable from what I have heard from family & friends. Cant wait for our new home

If I could give a zero I would- I moved into a 4 year old Geranium home- we have done numerous upgrades and every single tradesperson that enters our home has said "come and see this- this is the worst job I have ever seen? How did they pass inspection?" We have spent so much money fixing things that, if they were build properly in the first place, you wouldn't have had this problem- presently we have a plumber in who can't believe how the t-joint from the clean out was build on an angle and wasn't secured- this will run us $7000 (5000 for the plumbers and we have a $2000 deductible- the insurance

We purchased a home in Canterbury Commons in Port Perry. We are very pleased with the quality and construction of our new home. We have not had any major issues in the six months we have been resident here. Any small issues have been dealt with swiftly and satisfactory. I highly recommend a Geranium home!!

It has been over a year since buying a home from Geranium Homes. Issues with the builders for deficiencies remain outstanding and the leadership there has clearly disappeared since Earl Rumm left the organization. Promises were never fulfilled. My sole recommendation for any future buyer from Geranium Homes is to not believe any of their promises.
