Northumberland Soccer Club

Northumberland Soccer Club has been dedicated to fostering soccer excellence in Northumberland since our establishment. We are a licensed club by Ontario Soccer, offering structured recreational and competitive programs that align with the Long-Term Player Development philosophy. Our programs emphasize skill development, teamwork, and community engagement through outdoor and indoor leagues, camps, and clinics. We serve players from U3 to U21 with age-appropriate training and game formats, including 12-week outdoor seasons, fast-paced indoor soccer, and competitive teams participating in the Durham Soccer League. Our commitment to player growth extends to equal playing time, position rotation, and tactical skill development.

We collaborate with local businesses for team sponsorships, providing visibility through jersey logos and digital promotions. Our facilities include multiple fields in Cobourg and Port Hope, with games officiated by trained referees prioritizing safety and fair play. We maintain strong governance through partnerships with East Central Ontario Soccer Association and Ontario Soccer, ensuring adherence to provincial and national standards. Our volunteer-driven initiatives, including bingo programs, support community involvement and reduce program costs for members. Through these efforts, we aim to cultivate a lifelong passion for soccer while building a stronger, more connected community.
