Includes 2 private sessions and 3 Equipment classes. We will use the 2 private sessions to teach you the fundamentals, with any modifications for your health conditions, and prepare you for classes. Upon completion of the Welcome Package, you can choose one of our Class Memberships to continue coming to classes.

Includes 5 private sessions. This is the ideal package for you if you require focused attention to correct postural issues, movement discomfort, chronic pain or to enhance your athletic performance. Upon completion of the Specialized Package, you might decide to continue with your teacher for more Private sessions and/or join the appropriate classes based on your teacher's recommendation.

We are a team of comprehensively certified Pilates teachers. We have studied under different Pilates schools/ methods like Dianne Miller's, Michele Larsson's, Stott, BASI (Body Arts and Science International), Ron Fletcher, Polestar Pilates, Balanced Body and Body Harmonics.

Having such a wealth of knowledge has made us this unique and cohesive team, where each strives to bring her own outlook and experience to enrich both her fellow teachers and students.

A major focus of the Pilates method is alignment and core strength. When alignment is not optimal, the patterns that develop over time can cause undue stress on the musculoskeletal system. Chronic pain in the neck, shoulders and back are often due to this distortion in the body. In these Pilates personal training sessions you will be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates and to all the equipment that is appropriate for your particular needs. The use of the Reformer is guaranteed and this will allow you to understand more about your posture and how to re-align the body so that it works to its maximum efficiency.
