We have found that many of the weddings that we have participated in have had additional requirements above and beyond what is normally provided with our catering services. Two staff to set up earlier in the day - up to 1 1/2 hours prior. This means that if you are having your wedding ceremony on site or an extended pre-dinner reception, everything will be in place before your guests arrive.
