What are the check-in and check-out procedures?
Check-in office hours vary by season (9am-5pm or 9am-7pm). Late check-ins require prior arrangements. Check-out time is 12:00 noon with possible late checkout for additional fees.
Are pets allowed in the campground?
Pets are permitted with registration, limited to two dogs per site. Pets must be leashed, noise-controlled, and prohibited from laundry/shower facilities. A small dog run is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our reservation system requires credit card payment. We accept major credit cards for site bookings, extra fees, and merchandise purchases at the office.
Can I use outside firewood?
Outside firewood is prohibited to prevent pest infestations. Firewood is available for purchase at the office to ensure environmentally safe burning materials.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Generators and loud activities are restricted during these times to maintain a peaceful environment.
What recreational activities are available?
We offer two playgrounds, pickleball courts, basketball nets, and hockey goal areas. Seasonal events and proximity to Telford Lake trails provide additional outdoor activities.

Absolutely awful. The staff were so mean and disrespectful. Talked to me like absolute trash but talked to the men respectfully and they were even female! I had apologized ( I parked in the wrong spot) and tried to diffuse the situation but they would not stop being disrespectful. Very disappointed.
