We bought a home during this crazy housing market boom and, while we didnt include a home inspection as a condition of purchase, we still wanted to get one done after our closing date to get peace of mind that there were no major issues with the home. Hendrik took his time and did an incredibly thorough inspection of the house. I followed him around the entire time and asked him a hundred questions, all of which he was able to answer perfectly. He is incredibly knowledgeable! He sent over a very well organized report of his findings and provided me with digital copies of the videos and photos

Hendrick is very professional and very detailed. He performed the house inspection meticulously, provided us with a timely detailed report. He went above and beyond what inspectors usually do; used a thermal sensor to see cold spots in the roof and walls. He even used a moisture sensor! We are extremely satisfied with his services and do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a superior home inspection company.
