Great product and service. Upgraded to Pro Flex 6x4 goals for our casual local park soccer and had a minor issue with the folding mechanism - Michael at Avanti totally took care of it. Great product, service and communication. Glad we ordered from a vendor we could talk to, would certainly order from them again

Initially, I had issues with contacting customer service on the phone. Was on hold for a long time, and then disconnected before I could speak to someone. The owner subsequently reached out to me to explain that they installed a new phone system, and it wasn't working properly for a short time. As it turns out, this is the period I placed my call to them. My follow-up call to address my order was addressed politely and professionally, and I was satisfied with the response. Great company to get my son's referee gear and uniform.

My understanding is that the Avanti Group themselves is a good company to deal with to get your soccer related supplies from all types of clothing to equipment. The facility itself in the Markham area is nothing fancy. More of a warehouse with a small storefront to show off some of their stuff. Staff was friendly on the date I attended and I was able to get all of the items I needed.
