I had the screen on my Samsung S21 Ultra shatter. They had my screen in stock so it was fixed within 3 hours. Great customer service answered all my inquiries. This will be my go to store for any phone mishaps from now on. The reviews don't lie probably best in City.

Such an amazing experience! Recently smashed the screen on my phone. Brennan and his team took exceptional care of replacing it and offered me a loaner phone. Turn around was fast, service was so professional...there were even follow up calls to keep me apprised of when I could expect it in. The entire team treats your phone like it is their own. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any friends/family!!

My Galaxy S6 was suddenly unable to turn on and I had no backup of pics etc. The gentlemen here were able to power up the phone and transfer all my info over to my new phone. I'm very pleased with my experience at Cellular Toy Shoppe!
