Questions
How do I book a virtual appointment?
Family practice patients use our online system at MedeoHealth for virtual appointments. These are available for prescription renewals and follow-ups on existing issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for all services requiring payment at the time of service.
How do I get prescription refills?
Schedule appointments with your family doctor at least six weeks before medication runs out. Same-day appointments are available for urgent refill needs.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
A $45 fee applies for missed appointments without 12-hour notice. Urology appointments have a $100 no-show fee.
Can I see a walk-in doctor without a health card?
Valid health cards are required. Out-of-province patients without cards pay $45 per visit. Quebec residents must pay upfront as their province doesn't participate in inter-provincial billing.
How do I get test results?
Normal results aren't called out unless requested. Abnormal results trigger automatic follow-up appointments. Schedule discussions with your doctor for detailed result reviews.

Dr warrington is great at times others impossible to see. The receptionists are rude cold snooty and just generally uneasy going and make people uncomfortable.

If you can, go early. Camp out if you have to. There is a doctor shortage... you have to account for that... so expect long wait times if you manage to get in at all. If you can get in, it's a good day.

The doctors are fantastic but I've had several occasions (where I believe the same receptionist) answers and seems very annoyed, rushed to end the call and sometimes rude, all without really listening to what is being asked.
