Great prices, super friendly staff. Had some unexpected delays with parts to refurbish the unit I purchased but everyone came to the table and even supplied a loaner while we waited. In the end they took care of everything very well. Maria even came down to thank me for my business on the day of delivery. Thanks.

Disappointed in them. I rented a forklift for one day at a cost of $1000.00 with delivery. I told them to check the machine and I also asked how old the unit was. The forklift arrived on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning our crew arrived at 6am and the tilt and lift on the machine was working intermittently. By 7.30am it was not working at all. We could not use the machine after 9am. I called their after hours service number twice and left a voice mail. My call was not returned. The following Monday, I emailed them. Brenda emailed me back stating the machine was tested before being delivered

Worst place ever to deal with. I got the quote on the deal and tried to go look at them and they were out on rental. Ok no big deal. We will call you when they are back. Weeks later no call. I email the person I was dealing with several times to get nothing back. I call the office and he is in a meeting and will email you today. 4 days later nothing. It's a 30000 deal and they just ignore you. What a joke of a company is all I can say. Dont buy from these guys. I think I will sell our other master lift forklift also just to get rid of them period. What company does this? Masterlift does.
