We are a small, family-owned butcher shop located in the beautiful community of Sutherland in Saskatoon. Our shop offers a wide variety of meat, sausage, ready-to-eat meals, and other delicious goods - made and prepared on location by our experienced staff. There's three generations of the Lanovaz family right inside these doors, and we're always happy to serve you.

We've got counters, freezers, and coolers lined with everything from steaks and roasts, to jerky and meals. At Summit Meats we're proud to be a retailer of the Certified Angus Beef Brand. Needing to pass through 10 exacting standards before being awarded the Certified title, these Angus beef are a cut above. We were granted retail status after applying in 2019 & continue to carry their product on a regular basis.
Wagyu

Our goal at Summit Meats has always been to provide high-quality product, delicious tasting food, and an excellence in service. So, in late 2020 we made the decision to start carrying a variety of Wagyu to amplify our range of premium beef product. Our Snake River Farms Wagyu is an American crossbreed known for creating an entirely new breed of cattle.
