I asked for a part for my laptop which they indicated they could get for me however they refused to order it because I would not allow them to access my laptop. My laptop functions just fine and I do all of my own troubleshooting and software repair / installations.
Worst computer shop I have ever been at. Would not recomend them to anyone.
