What areas do you serve?
We serve Kingston, Gananoque, Napanee, Odessa, Harrowsmith, Sydenham, and all of North Frontenac, South Frontenac, and Stone Mills. We travel as far west as Trenton and east as Brockville.
Do you offer thermal imaging with inspections?
Yes, thermal imaging is included with every standard home inspection at no extra charge to identify hidden moisture, electrical issues, and energy loss areas.
How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take 2.5-3.5 hours depending on home size and age. Larger or older homes may require additional time for thorough evaluation.
What's included in your inspection report?
Reports include photos, videos, 360-degree images, detailed defect descriptions, and maintenance recommendations. We email reports the same day whenever possible.
Do you provide mold testing services?
Yes, we offer certified mold testing with air samples and surface testing. We do not perform remediation to maintain impartiality in our assessments.

Nick was friendly and professional. He went into every detail, explaining things and also make sure that I understand what need to be taken care off. He answered each and every question I had. He was not in rush, he took his time to go around and captured all the details and pictures. His report was in detail with all pictures he has taken. Because he explained in detail, the report is very much easy to go through. Would highly recommend!

We reached out to Nick by chance as his reviews were outstanding. We recently purchased an older home and had some concerns. In this real estate market we were not afforded the opportunity to have an inspection as part of our conditions so we purchased the home and fastened our seat belts for what could be a bumpy ride. Nick came to our home after we moved which is not typical for a home inspector to do but Nick was more than happy to work with us to help us understand what we might not see.
