24 Carrots Bakery is a family affair! The bakery is locally owned by Richard and Demita Boschel, and managed along with their dedicated team of employees. It all began in 1994 in a food court outlet in Spring Garden Place. Over the years the bakery has relocated and expanded to include wholesale, grocery stores, and direct sale from our Bake Shop.

Richard completed his Chef's training in his native France - a country known for its love of bread! His expertise in the culinary arts, experience as an Executive Chef, and love of good food, have contributed to the success of 24 Carrots Bakery. Demita, a BBA graduate from Acadia University, joined the growing business in 2008, contributing 25 years of management experience.

We offer a variety of delicious baked goods to accompany your morning coffee or as a sweet addition to your brunch menu. Our baked goods are made from scratch using simple, quality ingredients. You can find a large selection of our sweets in our Bake Shop or in a number of grocery stores seen here.

Our wholesome breads are made from scratch by our skilled bakers using simple, quality ingredients. We offer a large collection of doughs and styles, and with our crusty artisan line you'll be sure to find the perfect bread for your meal or occasion. Our Bake Shop offers fresh bread daily and with special ordering, you can always ensure your bread products will be ready when you need them.

24 Carrots makes products in our baking facility containing wheat flour, triticale, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, and sesame seeds. We do not add soy or sulphites to our products; however some ingredients we use in our baking contain soy and or sulphites. Please contact the bakery if you have questions regarding the ingredients in a specific product.
