Quick service and best prices compared to the other dry cleaning options in town. I've been taking my coats here for quite some time now as they get a lot of my dogs' hair embedded in them. They always end up looking brand new

Costumer service is top notch and Ive never had any serious issue with their service. Ive been to every single dry cleaner in town and this by far is the best in my opinion.

Ruined two articles of clothing. Promised to reimburse (we actually have a voice message saved in which the manager says to come get the cheque). Then she went on vacation for three weeks, none of her staff had any clue about the agreement, and upon returning she REFUSED to pay. No reimbursement for the cost of the ruined items, and not even a refund on the cleaning charge! Completely unacceptable as far as customer service goes. Completely went back on their word, zero communication, gave us the run-around and made everything as complicated as possible before telling us there was no "proof" that
