Your Trusted Partner for Rural Healthcare in Malawi
Lifeline Malawi has dedicated 23 years to transforming healthcare access in rural Malawi through community-driven initiatives. Established in 2003 as a registered Canadian charity, we operate the Lifeline Malawi Health Centre in Ngodzi, serving over 200,000 people with comprehensive medical services and outreach programs. Our work spans maternal health, HIV/AIDS treatment, pediatric care, and palliative services, rooted in values of faith, compassion, and transparency. Partnering with local leaders and the Malawian Ministry of Health, we prioritize long-term relationships to address systemic healthcare challenges. With a team of local and international staff, we integrate preventative care and health education to empower communities.

Donor support sustains our mission to reduce maternal mortality, combat disease transmission, and improve life expectancy through accessible medical care. Our commitment to integrity and community collaboration has earned recognition from government and local authorities. By combining medical expertise with cultural sensitivity, we deliver life-saving interventions while fostering hope for a healthier future. Our programs are guided by Christian principles of service and neighborly love, ensuring every individual receives dignified care. Through strategic partnerships and donor contributions, we continue expanding our impact in one of the world's poorest nations.

HIV/AIDS Treatment
We deliver comprehensive HIV testing, antiretroviral therapy, and prevention programs including mother-to-child transmission prevention. Our services combine medical treatment with community education to combat stigma and improve treatment adherence across Malawi's high-prevalence regions.
Primary Health Care
Our clinic provides essential medical services for common illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive care. This includes vaccinations, health screenings, and treatment for respiratory infections, malaria, and other endemic diseases affecting Malawi's underserved population.
Palliative Care
We offer compassionate care for patients with terminal illnesses, focusing on pain management, emotional support, and dignity. Our program addresses physical, spiritual, and psychological needs through trained staff and community volunteer networks.
