We want to express our thanks to Bren and his amazing team of hard working staff at MetroGutter for the amazing job they did removing and replacing our gutters (with shields) on our home. What can I say; We had a bit of a miscommunication and some work was done that wasnt authorized. Although we did get off to a bit of a rough start, Bren really came through for me. Sometimes things happen and what really matters is what is done to fix it. I would rather have a company that owns up to it's mistakes and fixes them top notch then a mediocre service provider that doesnt stand by or have pride in his work. All in all 4.5 out of 5. I am pleased and would recommend to a friend. Thank you again for making it right!!!

I accepted a quote from them September 1st, it's now December and they haven't done the work despite telling me it was a 4 week wait originally.
