Brought a metal barrel in and was told it needed to be opened and cleaned, I was NOT informed of this when I called a few months ago. Guy tries to tell me that I didn't mention it was a barrel...um yes I did actually! I then ask how am I supposed to open this barrel to which he just shrugs and says I don't know. They did not try to help me whatsoever, unbelievable, thanks for nothing!

I deal with a lot of people and business on a daily basis and this place is the most professional establishment in this industry in Ottawa. Friendly, fair and an organized facility - no need to go elsewhere.
