I was locked out of my apartment and called the number listed online. I got put through to an office person at a different location who put me through to a
cell phone, apparently for person who works at Denman location. This person answered his phone by yelling 'They're NOT supposed to put anyone through directly. CALL THE SHOP', then hung up.

I love these people! My key was jamming in my lock and they sent someone out within 20 min and cleaned the lock and didn't charge me for it as they said they guaranteed their locks for life. I hope the new owners have the same heart!!

Really excellent service. The owner here went above and beyond to get authorization for me to get me a high security key cut, she ended up having to call my landlord because my landlord sent me there when she shouldn't have, she should have gone there herself but anyways the owner was so nice and helpful and I only ended up paying $48 for high security keys when my landlord would of normally charged my $150! I think it is run by the lady and her husband. They seem very down to earth and don't want to waste anyone's time including their own. Anyone slating them on here, just remember

They were friendly and were able to make my needs on last minute, however, $25 for a duplicate of a key? Really? that is highway robbery. I understand that a special key needed to be cut for this special lock buy $25 is gouging. Considering the materials used to cut a key, that is a huge markup.

Had a sign on the door that said be back in 15 mins. Waited 40 mins and no one came back to open the shop. Please don't put a sign that says be back in 15 mins if you are not actually coming back in 15 min.
