When we moved to Victoria, having an outdoor space that we could enjoy year round was a real priority for us. Red Door took the time to listen and consult with us on several occasions before initiating any work. Logan took our ideas and created a vision for a Japanese zen-inspired garden that exceeded our expectations. It included a pond and a beautiful dry river bed rock feature which we still admire to this day. Red Door staff were thoughtful, hard-working and clearly passionate about what they do. We formed such a strong connection through the project that we have continued a friendship to

Our building had a contract with RedDoor for over 2 years. They did *not* honor the basics, would leave half way thro jobs, and billed us for hours that their staff never actually worked. Really disappointed in their service.
