The charge port on our laptop failed. The computer shop was recommending replacing the entire motherboard as the charge port was integral to it, but Tek solutions was able to use their in-house micro-soldering specialist to replace and repair JUST the charge port, for a fraction of the price. Came in for a good price and ahead of schedule, and Paul was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I was building a pc and had, what I believed to be, a serious issue, so I called around to some of the local shops but they were all busy. (Just bad timing I suppose.) Tek Solutions was also one of the places I had called that gave me a busy tone. While I didn't leave a message with Tek Solutions, to my surprise, he called me back! And not only did he call me back, he quickly, and professionally, solved my issue free of charge.
