TBH I have been with culligan water softeners in Barrie for 25 yrs , I originally bought my system used from them , a softener and a iron filter , the iron filter exploded , I choose not to replace it , and the mess it left on my floor , to this day I can't get rid off the stains , anyway I ended up just renting a unit about 10 yrs ago , I am a member off the salt program , I called over a month ago for salt , they said they r short a driver I could not get salt for a month , the day my salt was supose to come , I called at 3 pm as it did not arrive , the lady said it was shown it had been

Visited this afternoon for the first time to fill 3 large water jugs and I was totally impressed and will definitely be returning. They have an automated jug washer which is the first place I have ever seen that. You fill your own jugs and the best feature is that they provide an excellent seal which you hammer on with a rubber mallet which makes it super convenient to carry the filled jug with the handle rather than a bear hug. The lady was super helpful instructing me on the various steps as I told her that I was a first time customer. Best of all each jug and seal was only $2.95.

Terrible customer service! Only 1 person allowed in the store even though we are not under lockdown anymore and further the fact we are married seniors who assist each other. The jugs are heavy. I need my husbands help. I have to go in myself struggle to get the old lids off, wash and fill them then leave the store for my husband to complete the new placing of new lids and carry them out. Absolutely ridiculous when we are from the same household and in a yellow zone for Covid. Restaurants and stores are open but you allow 1 person. I am a very dissatisfied customer!

I always get my water jugs from there. They are the cheapest. They also have a file for me so if I ever forget what kind of filter or UV light I need they can check.

I have had nothing but problems with Culligan. I purchased my water softener and drinking water system just over a year ago. Beware, after the first year and your warranty is up and service calls cost 160$ per 15mins. Trust me, you will have problems. Customer service is horrible!! Always long waits and when the rep (Emma) transfers me to speak to a manager (Brad Clayton) I get a VM. Have left 3 messages so far with no response. I have been forced to cancel their monthly maintenance and salt service because they would not accommodate to my working schedule. A service rep is supposed to
