Caffe Rosso
In those first six months David, Rosso's visionary, would work every aspect of the cafe himself. Over the next few years, Dave would open a new location in Calgary's downtown core and a third cafe location in Victoria Park. In November of 2012, we introduced a Probat L12 coffee roaster to our Ramsay location.

This was after we spent time in the States, absorbing knowledge from industry professionals and practicing the art of roasting on a 100g Primo sample roaster. As a company, we have now traveled to Guatemala, Costa Rica, Rwanda, Myanmar, Brazil, Burundi and Colombia to purchase green coffee directly from producers and we plan for return visits to harness and build on those relationships.

Tuxedo
Report
This is the first time we've branched out of the South East, and we couldn't be more thrilled! It's a cozy space with south facing windows, allowing the maximum amount of natural light into the cafe. This allows both humans and plants to get their daily dose of Vitamin D. The bar is outfitted with a La Marzocco Linea PB AVS, a pretty savvy machine that allows us to pull consistent espresso shots.
17th Avenue
Report
Our most recent space, located on 17th Avenue. This bright and cozy cafe is the perfect hangout on the east side of "The Strip", either indoors or out on the newly constructed patio area. The bar features a matte white La Marzocco Linea ABR, a Fetco brewer for our drip coffee options, and free wifi available for all of our guests.
Inglewood
Report
Inglewood is one of Calgary's original neighbourhoods and has evolved into a destination for music, art and culture over the past 100 years. We love being a part of the community, here! Our 9th Avenue cafe was built out with the intentions of being comfortable and bringing the neighbourhood together in a versatile, homey space.
Stephen Ave
Report
Located right in the heart of the commercial district of downtown Calgary, submersed beneath skyscrapers, public parks and the Calgary Theatre District. Stephen Avenue has been the home of our downtown cafe since 2009. Located directly across from the Glenbow Museum, in the Telus Convention Center, you can find espresso drinks being made on a brand new La Marzocco Linea PB which shares bar space with Nuevo Simonelli Mythos grinder.
Ramsay
Report
Our very first cafe opened in the industrial neighbourhood of Ramsay in 2007. Originally developed for the use of Riverside Iron Works in 1927 then sold to Dominion Bridge in 1929, this building was first constructed as an iron foundry. This cafe is all character, showcasing the industrial architecture of its time.
