Ive been a long time patient of dr. Gruel, and come in from Calgary for my appointments. The facility is clean and modern without loosing the personal touch. His practice is very thoughtful making sure you are comfortable. With little take aways like lip balm that are small and meaningful. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. He guided me through the process, patiently and gently. I could understand the why and what of the process, which banished any apprehension. The extraction with Novocain was done so quickly, and painlessly. It was over in less than a half hour, about 10-15 for the actual
