What types of devices do you repair?
We repair Apple Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, Windows PCs, gaming consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch), and Android tablets. We also offer data recovery and onsite IT support services.
Are you an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
We're part of Apple's Independent Repair Provider Program, giving us access to genuine parts and training. However, we don't provide Apple Care-covered warranty services as we're not an Authorized Service Provider.
Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes, all repairs come with a 6-month hardware warranty. Software services have a 7-day warranty. Used computers include a 6-month warranty with return options subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can you help with business IT needs?
We provide comprehensive onsite and remote IT support for businesses in Regina and Southern Saskatchewan, including network setup, printer configuration, and system maintenance without monthly contracts.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 5:30pm. Closed weekends and provincial statutory holidays. Emergency services aren't available outside these hours.
Do you offer shipping for repairs?
Yes, we accept devices shipped from anywhere in Saskatchewan. Simply mail your device to 2225 14th Avenue, Regina, and we'll contact you with a repair quote within 2-3 business days.
