Upon walking in I was greeted by the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Once inside the staff was just as welcoming. Dr. Tinkham was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything quite well. I recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Absolutely no issue with Dr. Flatt and his great service. But I have to complain about the pair of glasses I got from here. The frame breaks at the same place every 8-10 months. After 3 fixes, I was told that they no longer make the same model so I was given the option to buy another pair. I have been wearing glasses for 25 years. I still have glasses in good shape, (just out of style) from 5, 10, and 15 years ago. I would never expect frames break for no reason at the same place all the time. I used to sell machinary to factories. If a machine has a life time of 5 years and it keeps breaking down

I've been going here since I was fourteen and now bring my own family. The staff are excellent and friendly! While I don't buy my glasses here 100% of the time depending on what I want, the selection is great! I would not trust my eye tests elsewhere!
